Employee Referral Program
Purpose: The Employee Referral Bonus program rewards the recruitment efforts of all full-time employees at Techday. Starting from 05/18/2020, any employee who successfully refers an applicant for a posted vacant position will receive $1000.
Program Details: Referring Employee:
- The referring employee must be employed by Techday at the time of the referred candidate's hire.
- Employees directly responsible for or in the hierarchy chain of the applicant's position are ineligible for the program.
- Eligibility for payouts requires active employment at Techday.
- Applicants must not have been employed by Techday in full-time or temporary positions in the last 24 months.
- They must specify "Employee" as the referral source and provide the referring employee's name on their job application form.
- Only one name per applicant is accepted, with the first listed being prioritized. If the first is not employed, the second is considered.
Payouts:
- All bonus payouts are subject to taxation.
- Payments will be made to the employee within three pay periods following the hiring of the applicant.
Selection Procedure:
- The employment application undergoes standard hiring procedures. If the applicant meets the specified qualifications, their application proceeds in the hiring process.
- All reasons for deciding not to hire an applicant are kept confidential.
- Applicants must complete all pre-employment aspects successfully.
